JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vishnu Chandra Gupta,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A.for the State of U.P.
This petition has been filed by the petitioners Anamika Gautam and Vimlelsh Kumar with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned not to harass the petitioners in their peaceful living of the petitioners.
Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the present case, no FIR has been registered in case, the petitioners approach the S.P.Hardoi with regard to their grievance, the same shall be considered so that injustice may not be done with the petitioners.
With the above direction, this writ petition is finally disposed of.
