Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel.
The counsel for the petitioner states that the controversy of the present writ petition is duly covered by the judgment of this court rendered in the case of writ petition No. 20016 of 2018 (Sangeeta & 77 ors vs State of U.P.) vide judgment and order dated 11.12.2018. It is alleged that the case of the petitioner is duly and squarely covered by the said decision and the petitioner is entitled to the same benefits. The counsel for the respondents does not dispute the allegations and has fairly stated that his case can also be decided on the same terms and conditions as vide judgment and order dated 11.12.2018.
In view of the submission, the present petition is disposed off on the same terms and conditions as indicated in judgment dated 11.12.2018 in writ petition No. 20016 of 2018 (Sangeeta & 77 ors vs State of U.P.).
The writ petition is accordingly disposed off.
