Heard Sri R.R. Agarwal, learned Senior Advocate, assisted by Sri Shailesh Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel through Video Conferencing.
A copy of caste certificate Application No.211840030060877, dated 10.04.2021 has been filed as Annexure No.4 to the Writ Petition. It has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that caste certificate is not being issued.
Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that in the event the application of the petitioner for caste certificate is still pending before the competent authority, the same shall be decided by the concerned authority, in accordance with law, within 24 hours of the submission of a self attested computer generated copy of this order.
