The matter has been extensively heard for two days at a stretch for final hearing. During the course of final hearing, this Court even after hearing Mr. D.G. Chauhan, learned advocate for the petitioner feels that the documents which were produced by the petitioner i.e. the University and the respondent workman are necessary to be brought on record. Instead of calling for the record and proceedings from the Industrial Tribunal, the parties are directed to produce documentary evidence produced by both the sides by way of an affidavit latest by 9.4.2012. S.O. to 11.4.2012.
