Rule.
By way of ad-interim relief, the impugned award is stayed qua the direction regarding grant of back-wages and continuity of service on condition that the order of reinstatement shall be implemented within a period of 30 days from today. In case of failure to reinstate the respondent-workman by the stipulated time, the interim relief shall stand vacated and it will be open to the concerned respondents to initiate proceedings under the provisions of Section 33(C)(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 claiming salary as if he is in continued in service and for back wages.
Notice as to confirmation of interim relief, returnable on 20th June, 2012.
