Heard Sri P.K. Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Amit Verma, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.
Instructions so supplied by the learned Standing Counsel are taken on record.
Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned suspension order Letter No. 756/S.T. dated September 3,2019 issued by the Sub-District Magistrate Sadar Rampur. A further prayer has been made to direct the respondent not to interfere in working and performing the duties of the petitioner of his post and pay him salary month to month as and when it falls due.
After the judgement was dictated at a considerable length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
Taking a lenient view of the matter, prayer aforesaid is allowed.
Present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
It is made clear that no liberty to file a fresh petition for the same cause of action is being granted to the petitioner.
No order as to costs.
