The learned counsel for the applicant has approached this Court against the order dated 22.03.2018 whereby charges have been framed against the applicant. This Court cannot enter into the merits of the evidence forming basis of charges at this stage. This application is, therefore, dismissed.
However, The applicant is at liberty to file appropriate application for redressal of his grievance before the Court below.
