By means of this writ petition, the petitioner claiming herself to be wife/widow of late Krishna Kumar Singh, who was constable in U.P. P.A.C., Lucknow has come to this Court for payment of Ex Gratia amount and terminal dues upon the death of her husband. The petitioner's husband died on 13.2.2012 but till date no payment has been made.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that in case the petitioner is entitled for payment of Ex Gratia amount and other terminal dues upon the death of her husband, the same be considered and appropriate order for payment of the same be passed within a period of two months from the date of making an application along with a certified copy of this order before the appropriate authority.
