The dispute being raised in the present petition is with regard to the assignment of work of another Gram Panchayat on the post of Safai Karmi. The petitioner is holding the post of Safai Karmi and her engagement has been made at the district level. There is nothing on record which would indicate that the petitioner was appointed for a particular Gram Panchayat or at the block level. The petitioner is holding a transferable post. The transfer is within the district.
The petitioner is directed to join her new place of posting. In case, the petitioner joins, it would be open for her to place her grievance before the competent authority.
Disposed of.
