1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel on behalf of State as well as Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 5.
2. By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Tehsildar (Judicial) Tehsil & district - Deoria/respondent No. 1 to decide the Mutation Case No. T202005200110354 (Anita Vs. Rajendra) filed by the petitioner on 19.11.2020, in proceeding under Section 34 of Uttar Pradesh Land Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period of time.
3. Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions has submitted that the Mutation Case No. T202005200110354 (Anita Vs. Rajendra) under Section 34 of Uttar Pradesh Land Revenue Code, 2006 has been finally decided by the Tehsildar(Judicial), Tahsil - Deoria Sadar, District - Deoria by means of order dated 18.10.2021. A copy of the same has already been given to learned counsel for petitioner who does not dispute the aforesaid facts.
4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the prayer made in this petition dies not survive and the present petitioner is consequently dismissed as infructuous.
5. The instructions dated 20.10.2021 containing the order of the Tehsildar(Judicial), Tahsil - Deoria Sadar, District - Deoria dated 18.10.2021 is taken on record.
