Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned standing counsel. By the instant petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 1/Tehsildar Sadar, Tehsil & District Deoria, to decide the Mutation Case No. T202005200110103 (Anita vs. Rajendra) filed by the petitioner on 21.11.2020, in the proceeding under Section 34 of the Uttar Pradesh Land Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated period of time."
On perusal of the pleadings and material placed on record, this Court does not find any reason to expedite the aforesaid case. In view thereof, writ petition is dismissed.
However, it is provided that in the event of the petitioner making an application to expedite the aforesaid case pending before the competent court, it is expected that the competent court shall consider and decide the petitioners' application, in accordance with law.
