This is a writ petition by the employee. It appears that claiming return of Rs.25,000/-, the petitioner filed the suit, which has been decreed by the Civil Court. Being aggrieved, Union of India filed First Appeal. During the pendency of appeal, the Central Administrative Tribunal has been constituted and the appeal has been transferred to the Tribunal. The Tribunal by the impugned order allowed the appeal of the Union of India and dismissed the suit. The question for adjudication in the writ petition is whether the petitioner is entitled for return of Rs.25,000/-, which has been claimed in the suit.
