In view of the office report dated 27.11.2018, learned counsel for the appellants has not supplied process fee stamp worth Rs.8/- along with two copies of substitution application in duplicate for service of notice on proposed legal representatives of the deceased appellant no.2 (Appellant No.2/1 and appellant No. 2/2) in compliance of Court's order dated 13.4.2009.
Hence, appeal is dismissed under Chapter XII Rule 4 of the High Court Rules.
