This writ petition is full of factual controversies. From the averments made in the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner is merely a trespasser and unauthorised occupant in the premises. It is open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedy, which they may have under the law. We are not inclined to entertain this petition at this stage.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
