The present application for grant of anticipatory bail has been filed by the applicant in case crime No.285 of 2019, under Sections 392, 411 I.P.C., Police Station Fatehgarh Kotwali, District- Farrukhabad.
The application is clearly misconceived since the applicant is a minor.
Consequently, the application is rejected.
