Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record.
By means of this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial one :-
"(i). To issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the court below/ respondent no. 2 to decide the withdrawal application dated 14.3.2019 in time bound manner, so that justice be done".
Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to consider and decide withdrawal application dated 14.3.2019 strictly in accordance with law after giving full opportunity of hearing to the appearing parties, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of thirty days from the date of production of copy of this order.
It is provided that a copy of the order available on the official website of the High Court will be taken to be authentic one.
