The petitioner filed a Suit for permanent injunction. This suit was accompanied by an application for temporary injunction. In the temporary injunction application, notices were issued and the learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that the next date fixed is 1.2.2020.
Under such circumstances, whether the defendants put appearance or not, the temporary injunction application would be decided within two weeks from the next date fixed. In the interregnum, however, if the petitioner apprehends any dispossession, he can always file an application before the Trial Court for protection. Any application which shall be filed would be decided on its merits without being influenced by any observation made in this order.
With these observations, the petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
