JUDGMENT / ORDER

ANTONY DOMINIC, J. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing the writ petition, the detenue surrendered before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II, Kannur on 6.6.2014 and that the detenue has returned to her parental home and is residing with the petitioner. The learned Government Pleader also confirms the correctness of this statement. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as not-pressed.
