Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel representing all the respondents.
Learned standing counsel prays for and is allowed four weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Two weeks thereafter is allowed for filing rejoinder affidavit.
List after expiry of the aforesaid period.
In case, the petitioner deposits 50% of impugned liability of stamp duty within a period of one month from today, the operation of the impugned orders dated 01.02.2008 passed by the respondent no.3 and impugned order dated 4.2.2011 passed by respondent no.2 shall remain stayed.
Any amount already deposited by the petitioner shall be adjusted in the amount which is directed to be deposited by the petitioners under the present order passed by this Court.
