Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel representing all the respondents.
Issue notice to the respondents no. 7 and 8 by registered post AD returnable at an early date. Steps be taken within a week.
All the respondents are granted one month time to file counter affidavit. The petitioner shall have three weeks thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.
List after expiry of aforesaid notice period.
In case, the petitioner deposits 50% of impugned liability of stamp duty within a period of one month from today, the operation of the impugned orders dated 01.02.2008 passed by respondent no.3 and impugned order dated 04.02.2011 passed by respondent no.2 shall remain stayed.
Any amount already deposited by the petitioner shall be adjusted in the amount which is directed to be deposited by the petitioners under the present order passed by this Court.
