1. Sri Ram Sanehi Yadav, learned counsel for the applicants prays for withddrwal of this application as he has remedy of moving an application for recall of NBW after satisfying the court concerned that summons were never served on him and without service of summons, NBW has been issued.
2. In case applicant moves said application, the court concerned shall decide the application on its own merit and this court has not made any observation either in favour or against the applicants.
3. Request of the counsel for the applicants for passing order of no coercive action till their appearance before the court concerned is turned down inasmuch as this prayer is not maintainable in the light of law laid down in case of M/s Neeharika Infrastructure Pvt Ltd Vs. State of Maharashtra and others, AIR 2021 SC 1918.
