The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a writ of mandamus directing the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Banda, i.e., respondent No. 1 to decide Revision Nos. 244 and 245 of 2006 (Nathu Prasad Vs. Ram Kishun and Others) pending before him.
Without entering into the merits of the case, the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Banda, i.e., respondent No. 1 is directed to decide the aforesaid revisions within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him after hearing the concerned parties in case there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid revisions.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
