Learned counsel for the petitioner asserts that vide order dated 22.12.2011, Annexure-4, the petitioner is required to be allowed to join as Prerak in Village Mahakani, Block Sadar, District Pratapgarh, however, he is not being allowed to join. Learned counsel for the petitioner in regard to his assertion has also made reference to Annexure-4 dated 22.12.2011.

Issue notice to respondent nos.5 and 6, returnable in four weeks.
