On the last occasions, this matter was adjourned to enable the learned counsel to file an Affidavit stating therein that counselling pursuant to the selections held in 2013-14 was still continuing. Although a Supplementary Affidavit has been filed today, this position is not explained even in this Affidavit.
Consequently, this Court finds no ground to initiate proceedings in contempt. The petition is dismissed.
