Hon'ble Siddhartha Varma,J.
It appears that the petitioner had entered into some compromise and an order dated 1.4.2015 was passed which was upheld by the order dated 6.12.2017. By this order the petitioner and the respondents could get their names mutated in pursuance of the compromise which they had entered.
However, as a result of the compromise certain properties were being transferred from one party to another, a stamp duty for the transfer had to be paid.
The parties, if they are so advised may get the transfers registered after paying the stamp duty.
The writ petition is disposed of.
