Sri Nilambar Tiwari has entered appearance on behalf of the respondents.
The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuance of a direction to Judge Small Causes Court, before whom Original Suit No.490 of 2011 is pending, to decide the same expeditiously.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that so far even issues have not been framed although the suit is of the year 2011.
In the circumstances aforesaid, the trial judge is directed to proceed in the matter with a sense of urgency and if issues have not been framed, he shall ensure that the same is done forthwith provided there is no legal impediment. He shall thereafter commence the trial and try concluding it expeditiously.
The petition stands disposed of expeditiously.
