The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondent-2 to release final pension of the petitioner and other post retiral dues.
It has been stated that the petitioner retired from the post of Zila Gramudyog Adhikari / Prabandhak Gramudyog on 31.10.2015. Post retiral dues of the petitioner has been withheld on the ground that contribution relating to GPF was not deducted from the salary of the petitioner. The petitioner moved a representation that contribution has been continuously deducted from his salary. He has also filed evidence in this respect before respondent-2 on 11.8.2017 but no decision has been taken by the respondent-authority.
The writ petition is disposed of with direction to Chief Executive Officer, respondent-2 to take final decision in respect of post retiral dues of the petitioner and decide the representation of the petitioner by reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of producing a certified copy of this order.
