It is therefore, directed that the Suit/case No. 60/2014 now Suit No. 244/2015 (Computerised Case No. D201414700001540) (Chamela Vs. Ram Ashrey and others) pending in the court of Assistant Collector/Additional City Magistrate III Varanasi, shall be decided within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
