JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to correct the particulars of the opposite party No. 2 during the course of the day.
From a perusal of the averments and the material on record of this petition/application, it appears prima facie, that the order of this Court dated 10 September 2013, has not been complied with and that there has been wilful and deliberate disobedience of the said order.
Accordingly, let notices be issued to opposite party No. 2 returnable within four weeks.
