Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The applicant has approached before this Court praying for direction to the court below i.e. Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur to decide the case bearing case no. 348 of 2014 (Anita Devi Vishwakarma Vs. Akhilesh Kumar Vishwakarma) under section 125 Cr.P.c. P.s. Kotwali District Jaunpur expeditiously.
The argument is that application of the applicant under section 125 Cr.P.C. is pending since year2014. Opposite party has put appearance but has not filed his reply.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order before him and also secure the reply of the opposite party.
