JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the revisionists and learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P.
This revision has been filed against the order dated 6.7.2001 passed by learned C.J.M. Hardoi in case No. 231 of 2001 whereby the application under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. has been allowed. The revision is not maintainable in view of the Full Bench Decision of this court in Father Thomas Vs. State of U.P. and another passed in Criminal Revision No. 1640 of 2001 decided on 22.12.2010.
The interim order dated 23.8.2001 is hereby vacated.
Accordingly this revision is disposed of.
