Learned standing counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent No.1. Sri Ayank Mishra, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 7.
Each one of the respondents is accorded eight weeks' time to file counter affidavit.
List thereafter.
On the next date while filing counter affidavit requisite details shall be furnished as to whether in the establishment concerned as is provided for under U.P. Regularization of Daily Wagers Group D Posts Rules, 2001 any exercise has been undertaken or not. Full details shall also be furnished in respect of petitioners.
