On the basis of instructions obtained from the District Magistrate, Jhansi, it is stated that necessary orders have already been passed for processing of petitioner's claim and that the balance 10% amount would be paid to the petitioner shortly.
In view of the stand so taken, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondents to ensure that all withheld retiral dues are released to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
