The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to trial court to decide Original Suit No. 696 of 2015 within a specified time frame.
The issues were framed in the suit on 1.10.2018. The matter is now being posted for disposal of application 91-Ga. The petitioner is sated to be 81 years of age.
Having regard to the above facts, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
