JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Court by order dated 15.02.2016 referred the matter for mediation. The parties appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation centre attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai on 20.09.2016 and settled the dispute between them amicably. The parties have also entered into a settlement agreement before the Mediation and Conciliation centre on 20.09.2016, which forms part of the record.
2. The learned Counsel appearing on either side submitted that the Second Appeal may be disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement entered into between the parties on 20.09.2016 before the Mediation and Conciliation centre attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing on either side, the Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement entered before the Mediation and Conciliation centre. The terms of the agreement shall form part of the decree in the Second Appeal in S.A.(MD)No.46 of 2016. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
