1. This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing appeal.
2. The only defect was regarding formal order.
3. It appears that the litigant must have lost interest in the litigation that is why learned Advocate has absented himself. He has not even file the formal order till date.
4. I have no other option but to dismiss this application.
5. The application is, therefore, dismissed under Chapter XII Rule 4 of Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952.
