Amrutlal vs Superintending

High Court Of Gujarat|18 July, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

After arguing the petition and when the Court expressed the view that the petition does not deserve to be entertained at this stage since it is bereft of relevant details and material and also devoid of any cause at this stage, Mr. Japee, learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has made a representation pursuant to the order dated 14.2.2012, however, any response from the competent authority is not received and the said representation has not been decided. He submitted that the respondent authority may be directed to decide the said representation expeditiously.
Hence, the petition is disposed of at the request of learned advocate for the petition with the observation that the authority competent to decide the representation may take-up the representation for consideration and pass necessary order and communicate to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
In the aforesaid clarification, the petition is disposed of.
