Challenge is made in the Regular Civil Appeal No. 86/2005 and some of the observations made therein .
Heard party-in-person who made a request to give direction to the learned District Judge to file a criminal complaint for concocting documents against original plaintiff- Shri Mayurbhai Indubhai and ld. advocate Shri Virendrabhai C.Doshi basing such request on some of the observations made in the judgement of said Regular Civil Appeal No. 86/2005 .
Party-in-person could not point out as to how this application preferred under Article 227 of Constitution of India in this Court, grant of relief as prayed for is feasible. His remedy lies elsewhere and therefore, he may file appropriate proceedings for the prayer sought for on advise. However, this petition cannot be entertained and is dismissed without expressing any opinion on merits.
