1. Mr. Mehta, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners has submitted that pursuant to the order dated 23/24.4.2012 passed in SCA No. 18334 of 2011 and connected matters the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice has passed order constituting larger bench. He has also submitted that after the order dated 23/24.4.2012 passed in SCA No. 18334 of 2011 and connected matters present petition was circulated and after considering the petition, the Court (Hon'ble Mr. Justice M.R. Shah) has passed order dated 17.5.2012 and granted ad-interim relief directing the respondents to maintain status quo. He requested that since the issue involved in present petition also will be considered by the larger bench the proceedings of present petition may be adjourned and ad-interim relief granted by the Court vide order dated 17.5.2012 may be extended.
2. The request is opposed by Mr. Hasurkar, learned advocate for the respondent. He however has not disputed the fact that larger bench is constituted pursuant to the order dated 23/24.4.2012 passed in SCA No. 18334 of 2011 and connected matters and the issue involved in present petition is also going to be considered by the larger bench.
