This application has been filed by the applicant (original petitioner) with the following prayers:
"(A) Be pleased to direct the respondents to comply with the order dtd.23.6.2011 passed by this Hon'ble Court in group of petitions being Special Civil Application No.16383/2010 and other allied matters within the time limit, as may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court;
(B) Your Lordships may be pleased to grant such other and further reliefs as may be deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
The grievance of the applicant is that pursuant to order dated 23.06.2011, passed by this Court in Special Civil Application No.16383 of 2010, the applicant filed an Undertaking and made an application to the respondent - Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation ("the Corporation" for short), on 29.11.2011. However, no decision has been rendered by the respondent-Corporation upon the said application, till date.
Upon hearing the learned advocate for the applicant and perusal of the order dated 23.06.2011 passed in Special Civil Application No.7667 of 2011 and allied matters, the following order is passed:-
The respondent-Corporation is directed to consider and decide the application made by the applicant on 29.11.2011, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The application is disposed of in the above terms without entering into the merits of the case.
Direct Service of this order is permitted.
