Amrutbhai vs State

Though learned advocate for the complainant opposes grant of any relief in favour of the petitioners, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that no coercive steps be taken against the petitioners till further order. However, it will be open for the Investigating Officer to investigate the impugned complaint by recording statements of the persons, including the witnesses and scrutiny of the relevant record.

Post the matter on 11th April, 2012.
