JUDGMENT / ORDER

Shri Mehta, learned counsel submitted that the petitioner is already put up unconditional apology dated 11.04.2012 and today the petitioner is present in person and he is seeking unconditional apology from the Court for the incorrect averments inadvertently made in the petition and those averments were not with a view to obtain any order by suppressing any facts. Learned advocate for the petitioner submitted that apology be accepted and petition be permitted to be withdrawn and petitioner be granted to approach the S.P. with appropriate application that may be decided in accordance with law.
Learned APP Shri Raval has submitted that there cannot be any objection to such request.
Permission, as sought for is granted. The Matter is disposed of as withdrawn. The petitioner be at liberty to approach the S.P. concerned with appropriate application and if such application is made the same shall be decided in accordance with law. Notice is discharged.
