JUDGMENT / ORDER

Present Appeal from Order has been filed by the appellant-original plaintiff being aggrieved and dissatisfied with the order passed below Exh.5 in Special Civil Suit No.53 of 2012 by the 2nd Additional Sr. Civil Judge, Rajkot dated 24.07.2012 on the grounds stated in the memo of appeal.
Heard learned counsel, Shri Kamal Sojitra for the appellants and learned counsel, Shri Sandeep Bhatt for the respondents.
In view of the contentions raised referring to the papers including the receipts regarding the payment and legal notice, the matter requires consideration.
Hence, Admit.
