Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Sole prayer in the writ petition is to restore the electricity connection bearing no. ID 751747943570 granted in the name of petitioner on 13.3.2018.
Ms. Rishu Mishra has put in appearance on behalf of respondent nos.2, 3 and 4.
Upon instruction, she states that the electricity connection in the name of petitioner has now been restored, which was earlier disconnected on the complaint of some person raising dispute relating to title over the disputed property.
There is no dispute about the statement of Ms. Mishra with regard to restoration of the electricity connection.
For the aforesaid, we do not find any good ground to keep the writ petition pending.
Writ petition, accordingly, is dismissed as infructuous.
