Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- I, Gorakhpur to consider and decide the Complaint Case No. 654 of 2019 (Amrit Saravagi Vs. Vikas Agrwal) dated 27.02.2019, under Section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station Cantt, District Gorakhpur.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the aforesaid case is pending and thus a suitable direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- I, Gorakhpur to consider and decide the Complaint Case No. 654 of 2019 (Amrit Saravagi Vs. Vikas Agrwal) dated 27.02.2019, under Section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station Cantt, District Gorakhpur, expeditiously, in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the party, provided there is no legal impediment.
