From the record, it appears that the petitioner is aggrieved by certain encroachments over Plot No.845 area 0.510 hectare, which according to petitioner is a rasta.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that if that is the case, the petitioner has an efficacious alternative remedy to approach the Authority concerned under Sections 25/26 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for the removal of the encroachment.
Under such circumstances, no interference is, therefore, warranted in the writ petition. The petitioner, if he is so advised, may approach the authorities under section 25/26 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
