JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri K.R. Singh, learned counsel has apprised the Court that the order of the writ Court dated 12 May 2014 has been complied with by the opposite party which had passed an order on 20 January 2016 in respect of the claims of the applicant.
Sri Singh, learned counsel for the applicant prays for time to seek instructions. Accordingly and on his request, this matter shall stand adjourned today to be included in the list of fresh cases of the appropriate Court on 1 February 2016.
