Petitioners are Class-III employee working in S.M. College, Chandausi, District Sambhal. They have approached this Court with the grievance that benefit of ACP, which is admissible to them in view of the Government Order dated 3.11.2015, has not been extended to them despite repeated representations made. It is alleged that various reminders have also been given but no decision has yet been taken.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that grievance of petitioners shall be examined, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioners to represent their grievance before respondent no.2, alongwith certified copy of this order, within two weeks from today. In case such a claim is raised, the same shall be examined by the authority concerned, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the Committee of Management, by passing a reasoned order, within a further period of three months, thereafter.
