Regarding the grievance related in the present writ petition, the petitioner has also submitted his representation dated 24.9.2020 before the District Basic Education Officer, District Basti. The prayer in the representation made by the petitioner is for being posted in Sadar Block, Kaptanganj because of his physical disabilities.
The District Basic Education Officer, Basti is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of copy of this order is filed before him.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of.
