Ms. Archana Singh, appearing for the respondents has placed a copy of the order dated 16.3.2021, whereby petitioner's candidature has been rejected.
Learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with the prayer to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh, challenging the subsequent order of 16.3.2021 also.
Prayer made is allowed.
Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed.
